Romain Warnault is Global Director, Creative Services within the Core Communications team. He oversees the strategy and execution of all creative output for WRI, operating across country offices and global programs.

Prior to joining WRI, Romain worked at the Atlantic Council as Associate Director of Publications, where he managed the editing and design process of all publications and collateral documents. He also worked at the French Centre for Research on Contemporary China in Hong Kong as Editorial Manager of the academic journal China Perspectives. Romain holds a graduate degree from Sciences Po Toulouse.

Originally from France, he’s been living in the D.C. area since 2015. In his spare time, he enjoys gardening, baking, going to the movies, and planning vacation travel.
