Rohit Eswar is a Learning and Development Coordinator for World Resources Institute, India. He collaborates with members of the Learning and Development team to create, track, and deploy internal training initiatives, coordinate meetings, assist with internal communication related to training initiatives, track and update training records in the organizations learning management system (LMS), and collaborate with subject matter experts throughout the organization to curate bespoke online training modules.

Before joining World Resources Institute India, Rohit worked for Accenture as a Business Interlock (Senior Analyst). He has been in the Training and Delivery field for over nine years and has been accountable for planning, managing, coordination and delivery of virtual as well as instructor-led trainings for specific courses/programs. His other responsibilities included operational management for a team of over 15 people.

Rohit holds a bachelor’s in Business Management from the University of Bangalore. He enjoys playing table tennis and cricket, basking in the sun with his pets, camping and unplanned travelling.
