Rohit is a Manager, Learning and Development at World Resources Institute, India. In this role, he leads strategic learning initiatives that strengthen organizational capacity and employee growth across WRI’s global offices. Rohit manages end-to-end projects such as the transition to Workday Learning, enterprise-wide training deployments, and the design of tailored development programs that align with WRI’s mission and values. He partners with HR, IT, and program leaders to deliver scalable, technology-enabled learning solutions that enhance employee engagement and organizational effectiveness.

With over a decade of experience in training and delivery, Rohit brings expertise in virtual, hybrid, and instructor-led learning environments. Before joining WRI, he worked with Accenture as a Senior Analyst in Business Interlock, where he was responsible for managing training operations, coordinating delivery, and leading a team of more than 15 professionals.

Rohit holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Management from the University of Bangalore. Outside of work, he enjoys playing table tennis and cricket, spending time outdoors with his pets, camping, and exploring new destinations through unplanned travel.
