Rebecca is an Employee Relations Advisor working in the Global Human Resources team. Rebecca is a dispute resolution specialist with 20 years of experience in Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR).

Prior to joining WRI, Rebecca worked in Australia as a conciliator, primarily in Human Rights Commissions. She has also worked in employee relations as a public servant, where she investigated complaints of inappropriate workplace behavior and misconduct, and contributed to the departments Gender Equity Action Plan.

Rebecca is an accredited mediator and holds a Masters of Employee Relations from Griffith University.
