Purity is a gender and social equity professional with over 10 years of experience mainstreaming gender and social inclusion into technical development programs in East Africa. Her work covers gender analysis, policy and legal review, tool development, and monitoring, evaluation and learning (MEL), with a focus on making sure women, girls and marginalized communities are included in decisions and share in the benefits. Purity is skilled in gender-disaggregated data analysis, stakeholder engagement, capacity building and report writing. She is passionate about linking gender equality with climate, health and urban development outcomes, including clean air, climate resilience, urban mobility while turning evidence into practical action that improves people's lives.
