Pallavi Singh
Strategic Communications Manager, Office of the MD, Africa and Global Partnerships

Pallavi Singh is the Strategic Communications Manager to the Managing Director for Partnerships and Africa. She is responsible for overseeing all the MD’s communications, both external and internal, in support of WRI’s work in Africa and on global partnerships.
Pallavi is a communications and advocacy specialist, spending the last decade in government, consultancy and foundations, leading global campaigns on climate change, human rights, and international development. A former British diplomat posted to Kenya and Jordan, Pallavi has also provided strategic communications advice in Afghanistan, Oman, the African Union, and the Baltic States. Her last job in the UK Government was leading the UK’s flagship Preventing Sexual Violence in Conflict Initiative Conference in 2022. She has also worked at Portland Communications, a public affairs and communications consultancy, and The Elders Foundation.
Pallavi has a Masters in Human Rights from University College London, and a Bachelors in History from Queen Mary, University of London. She is a keen bird watcher, and enjoys tennis and travel.
