Nina M. Dutra is the Senior Operations & Special Projects Manager for Research, Data, and Innovation (RDI). In this role, she provides leadership and supervision in the areas of budgeting, financial management, grants and contracts, and personnel management. She oversees operations for RDI's Data Lab, Managing for Results (MfR), Research Integrity and Library, and Strategy, Learning and Results teams.

Prior to joining WRI, Nina spent seven years managing a portfolio of international exchange and human capacity building programs throughout the Asia Pacific region for the East-West Center. She also served various nonprofits in the United States and abroad, including the Monterey Institute of International Studies (Monterey, CA), the Self-Employed Women’s Association (New Delhi, India), the Office of Strategic Partnerships at the New York City Department of Education (New York, NY), and Family Promise (Summit, NJ).

Nina earned a BA in Behavioral Sciences from Drew University in New Jersey, an MA in Social Anthropology of Development from the School of Oriental and African Studies (SOAS) in London, and a Master of Business Administration from the University of North Carolina, Fayetteville State (UNC-FSU).
