Nidhi is Associate Director with the Global Operations Team at the World Resources Institute, where she is currently leading Workday Unify—a strategic, multi-year initiative aimed at transforming WRI’s global business operations. Through the implementation of a cloud-based Workday ERP system, this program is enhancing, streamlining, and aligning processes across all of WRI’s international offices. It is a core component of WRI’s OneWRI strategy, supporting greater integration, efficiency, and collaboration across the institute’s global network.

Before joining WRI in 2022, Nidhi was a Senior Consultant at Infosys, where she accumulated over 14 years of experience in large-scale digital transformation programs. She brings deep expertise in managing complex global projects, leading cross-functional, multi-cultural teams, and partnering closely with senior leadership across both business and IT functions in offshore and onsite environments.

Nidhi holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Management with dual specializations in Marketing and Operations Management, along with a B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering.

Beyond her professional pursuits, Nidhi enjoys reading and singing, and has a deep-rooted love for the lyrical elegance of Urdu poetry. She is also an active volunteer with NGOs focused on education and remains committed to contributing to initiatives that drive meaningful and lasting change.
