Nickcole James is the Benefits Manager within the US Human Resources Team. Nickcole is a human resources professional with over 10 years of experience in employee benefits, compliance, and HR operations. She will lead the development, design, and delivery of benefits for the WRI US office.

Prior to joining WRI, Nickcole worked as Benefits Program Lead and Senior Benefits Specialist, providing strategic expertise on designing and managing multiple benefit/wellness programs and retirement plans; functioning as the subject matter expert by providing guidance to multiple administrators on leave-of-absence requests and disability programs; as well as optimizing the administrative processes to support policy initiatives resulting in increased productivity.

Nickcole holds a B.S. in Finance from Morgan State University’s Earl G. Graves' School of Business Management. Also, she is an active member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Incorporated (current chapter: Trenton Alumnae).

Nickcole was born and raised in Kingston, Jamacia through age 13 and has lived in many east coast states (MD, DC, VA, FL, NY, & PA); however, she currently resides in Trenton, NJ.
