Natalya is WRI’s Internal Communications Manager. She works to facilitate effective collaboration across the Institute through strategic internal communications.

Prior to joining WRI in December 2018, Natalya led the corporate communications function at TechnoServe, an international nonprofit that develops market-led solutions to poverty. In addition to driving content strategy for external communications at TechnoServe, Natalya ensured brand compliance and managed internal communications to promote a cohesive culture across 29 country offices and more than 100 projects.

Before working in nonprofit communications, Natalya served as editor-in-chief of Yoga International, a consumer health and lifestyle magazine. She holds a master’s degree in education from Framingham State University and a bachelor’s degree in art history from Rutgers University. Originally from Ukraine, Natalya now calls Washington, DC home.
