Mulumar Gadissa Bedassa is the Grants and Finance Specialist for the Cities Program based in Ethiopia. She is a finance professional, with a bachelor's degree in accounting and a master's degree in business administration from Jimma University. She has over thirteen years of experience in various financial and administrative roles with different international non-governmental organizations based in Canada, Korea and the United Kingdom. Before joining WRI, she worked for the African Constituency Bureau for the Global Fund.

In her spare time, Mulumar enjoys swimming, having a good time with her family and old friends.
