Morgan Nightingale is a Climate Finance Analyst at the NDC Partnership Support Unit. She works to help implement the Partnership's finance strategy, including supporting country and partner engagement, and developing knowledge and learning products.

Prior to joining WRI, Morgan worked as a knowledge specialist consultant, graduate research assistant, and program manager. For their graduate capstone, Morgan worked as a consultant for the United Nations Foundation on smallholder farmer access to climate finance in sub-Saharan Africa. She has held positions at the International Research Institute for Climate and Society, and New York Cares, a volunteer management non-profit organization.

She holds a Bachelor's degree in Food Studies, Policy and Politics from The New School, and a Master's degree in Climate and Society from Columbia Climate School.
