Michael Osei Nkrumah
Senior Engagement Manager, Outcome Finance for Restoration
Michael Osei Nkrumah works as the Senior Engagement Manager focusing on mobilizing finance for WRI Africa's Restoration Outcomes which impact People, Nature, and Climate positively.
Michael is bilingual (English and French) and brings on board thirteen years of experience in building strategic partnerships across the public, private, and non-profit sectors leveraging results-based management models to mobilize resources and drive sustainable impact.
Prior to joining WRI, Michael worked as a Senior Trainer Consultant with MDF Training and Consultancy West Africa where he held positions related to networks and partnership, capacity development, monitoring, evaluation and learning, private sector development, rural development accompaniment, resource mobilization, and circular economy.
Michael holds a postgraduate diploma in Project Management from the Maastricht School of Management in the Netherlands, a Master of Business Administration from the CTL Eurocollege in Cyprus, and a Bachelor of Science in Economics and Business Administration from the Catholic University of Ghana.
Michael lives in the buzzing city of Accra (Ghana) with his wife, Anita, and their beautiful children and he loves his football (He is a Manchester United fanatic!).
