Micaela Cole
Partnerships and Coalition Coordinator, Food and Land Use Coalition
Micaela Cole is the Partnerships and Coalition Coordinator for the Food and Land Use Coalition team.
In this role, Micaela provides administrative and programmatic support to the FOLU team.
Most recently, Micaela completed her Masters of Science in Human Rights and Politics at the London School of Economics and Political Science.
Prior to that, Micaela was the Assistant Program Officer for the Fellowships programme at the National Endowment for Democracy in Washington, D.C. In that role, Micaela worked to support human rights and democracy activists from across the globe who were under threat and facing persecution on account of their advocacy.
Micaela also has experience as a language and culture assistant with the Spanish Ministry of Education, as a field organizer for a state level coordinated political campaign, and as an intern with foreign affairs think tank the Atlantic Council. She is interested in a range of cross-cutting issues facing people and the planet today.
In her free time, Micaela enjoys reading, salsa dancing, and time spent outdoors.
