Micaela Cole is the Engagement and Stewardship Manager on the Individual Philanthropy team at the World Resources Institute (WRI). She supports donor engagement and stewardship efforts, helping build relationships that advance WRI's mission to address the world's most pressing climate and nature challenges.

Prior to joining the Individual Philanthropy team, Micaela was with WRI as part of the Food & Land Use Coalition (FOLU) and the Alliance of Champions for Food Systems Transformation (ACF) Secretariat, where she managed international partnerships and supported collaboration between governments, international organizations, donors, and civil society to accelerate food systems transformation at the global level.

Before joining WRI, Micaela worked in the democracy and human rights sector supporting human rights defenders in exile. Micaela holds an MSc with Distinction in Human Rights and Politics from the London School of Economics and Political Science.
