Meredith Epstein
Senior Manager of Federal Policy for Electric Transportation

Meredith Epstein is the Senior Manager of Federal Policy for Electric Transportation. Meredith advances federal policy to equitably electrify school bus fleets with the Electric School Bus Initiative.
Prior to joining WRI, Meredith engaged companies in advocating for federal climate policy with Ceres. As Manager of Federal Policy, she led campaigns for clean energy and electric vehicle tax credits, HFC phasedown, climate-smart infrastructure, and strong EPA clean air rules. Her experience includes digital fundraising strategy for Democratic campaigns with ActBlue and grassroots clean energy advocacy with Environment America.
Meredith earned a master’s degree in Politics and Communication from the London School of Economics. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Classics from Brown University.
