Manga Maxwel is a finance and operation specialist. For the Congo, he will work with the Global and Regional Operations support teams in Washington, DC, Addis Ababa, Nairobi and Kinshasa to provide financial, Accounting, Procurement and Operations support for WRI office in the Congo Basin, with an insight to Cameroon.

Prior to joining WRI, Maxwel for Chemonics International Cameroon Office as The Project Accountant Supporting the implementation of the USAID Global Health Supply Chain- Procurement and supply which was responsible for ensuring an uninterrupted supply of public health commodities to HIV and Malaria Patients. Previously he also worked as a Senior Accountant for the National Aids Control Committee Cameroon Implementing the Global Fund Grant for the fight against HIV Malaria and Tuberculosis with primary objective: reducing new infections, deaths, and stigma associated with HIV, with the ultimate vision of putting an end to AIDS as a threat to public health.

Maxwel holds a Bachelor's degree from Oxford Brookes University in UK, he also holds an ACCA Diploma.
