Libby Gladding is the Operations Manager for the NDC Partnership's Climate Action Enhancement Package (CAEP) Technical Assistance Fund (TAF). She works to manage grants, contracts, finances and other operational duties for TAF.

Prior to her Operations Manger role, Libby managed a USAID project in Ethiopia addressing issues of sanitation and hygiene. She has also worked at WRI previously as a Project Coordinator for the US Climate Initiative.

Libby holds a M.A. in Sustainable Development from the School for International Training (SIT) and a B.S. in Environmental Science from the University of Rhode Island.

Libby is based out of Rhode Island.
