Kemoy Liburd-Chow is the Project Management Lead, Operations. In leading the central project management office, Kemoy is responsible for project management integration and standardization, along with building this function across the WRI network. She acts as a resource to project teams and coordinates efforts across the WRI Sisterhood to create a culture and community of project management practice.

Prior to joining WRI, Kemoy served in the public and private sectors in multiple functional areas, including diplomacy and international relations, project management, monitoring and evaluation, strategy, and business consulting. She was a senior foreign policy advisor conducting policy research, analysis and writing as well as managing and facilitating special projects. Kemoy also engaged entrepreneurs as a business consultant through advisory, research/intelligence and project management services.

Kemoy earned an MBA International Business with Distinction from the University of Birmingham, UK and experienced a range of other continuing education immersions, including those related to project management, international relations, and climate related issues.

In her down time, Kemoy enjoys walks in nature, volunteering, photography, and yoga and having fun with her two wonderful children.
