Kathy Cefus is the Operations Manager for WRI U.S.

Her responsibilities include program and grant financial management, as well as operations. Kathy is a key resource for directors and project managers across the program and works to expand visibility and impact.

Prior to joining WRI, Kathy was the VP of Operations for a nonprofit that supported children and adults through family strengthening programs and services. There she coordinated and directed the activities of the grants, contracts, data, and operation/finance teams in order to meet program deliverables and goals. Kathy is experienced in grant and contract management, as well as budget development and tracking. She also serves on the Fourth Judicial District Nominating Commission for Colorado.

Kathy holds a bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University of Illinois, and a master’s degree in Public Administration from the University of Colorado. She enjoys cycling, hiking, skiing and traveling. Kathy resides in Colorado.
