Kate Morton is the Senior HR Manager for WRI Europe. Kate is an experienced Human Resources professional with 30 years experience in the international non-profit sector, throughout which environmental activism and social change have been prominent.

Kate came to WRI from Greenpeace International, where she worked in new office development and then both Forests and Oceans campaigns prior to HR. Her portfolio includes coordination of large- and small-scale international projects in areas including Compensation & Benefits, Performance Management, Talent Acquisition and D, E & I. Critical Incident Management and Duty of Care have also featured highly in her recent career.

Kate has a Bachelors degree in Human Resource Management and well as qualifications in Global Mobility Management, Preventing Fraud & Corruption in the Workplace and Negotiation, Coaching & Conflict Resolution.

Originally from Liverpool (UK) Kate lived and worked in Barcelona and London before moving to the Netherlands in 1990.
