Julie Rozenberg is an economist with more than 15 years of experience at the intersection of development and climate action. At the World Bank, she held global and regional technical leadership roles supporting countries in building more sustainable, resilient, and inclusive growth paths. She led six of the new World Bank Country Climate and Development Reports (CCDRs), spearheaded work on scaling up adaptation investments, and led major regional and global reports on infrastructure and climate. Julie has published extensively in peer-reviewed outlets, serves as an editor for Wires Climate Change, and is Vice President of the Society for Decision Making Under Deep Uncertainty.

Julie holds an engineering degree from ENSTA ParisTech and a PhD in economics from EHESS in Paris.

A French national, Julie moved to the Netherlands with her 2-year-old son and her partner after spending 12 years in Washington DC.

Julie enjoys spending time outdoors - cycling, hiking, and most mountain activities. She is looking forward to meeting new people and discovering life in the Netherlands.
