Gender and Equity Lead, Clean Air Catalyst, WRI Ross Center for Sustainable Cities

Jess is the Gender and Equity Lead on Clean Air Catalyst. In this role, she works with all members of the team to integrate gender and equity considerations in all aspects of the project’s design and delivery, with the aim of achieving more equitable results.
She recently relocated to London from Hanoi, where she worked as a Research Specialist advising USAID/Vietnam on gender strategy and project design, and was also Team Leader on USAID's Disabilities Private Sector Landscape Analysis. Prior to that, she was an Associate in the Economic Growth team at Palladium International, contributing to numerous projects for UK and EU government clients.
