Customer Success Manager, Global Forest Watch Pro
Jessica is the Customer Success Manager at Global Forest Watch (GFW) Pro. In this role, she builds and strengthens relationships with customers, ensuring valuable interactions with GFW Pro. Jessica aligns product development with customer goals to deliver meaningful insights on supply chain sustainability. She focuses on cultivating strong relationships, fulfilling critical customer needs, and driving GFW Pro adoption, revenue, and mission impact.
Before joining the World Resources Institute, Jessica was a commercial lead at Space4Good, a social enterprise B-Corp based in the Netherlands. Space4Good specializes in remote-sensing data analytics and artificial intelligence for social and environmental impact projects. Her responsibilities included business development, client relationship management, and expanding the monitoring, reporting, and verification service portfolio for nature-based solutions. These sectors covered afforestation, restoration, regeneration projects, biomass and carbon initiatives, agroforestry, biodiversity efforts, and deforestation detection and alert services.
Previously, Jessica worked in sustainable communications, spatial planning, and infrastructure solutions.
Jessica holds an MSc in Environmental and Infrastructure Planning from the University of Groningen and a BA in Advertising and Public Relations from Loyola University Chicago.
