Jessica is the Senior User Success Manager for Global Nature Watch at WRI. In this role, she leads user onboarding, support, and success across Global Nature Watch and Global Forest Watch products, designing scalable systems that blend automation, self-service, and high-touch support. Jessica bridges product, engagement, and research functions to drive measurable mission impact across diverse user communities and institutional partnerships.

Before joining the World Resources Institute, Jessica worked as a commercial lead in the Netherlands, focused on business development, client relationship management, and expanding monitoring, reporting, and verification service portfolios for nature-based solutions. These sectors covered afforestation, restoration, regeneration projects, biomass and carbon initiatives, agroforestry, biodiversity efforts, and deforestation detection and alert services.

Previously, Jessica worked in sustainable communications, spatial planning, and infrastructure solutions.

Jessica holds an MSc in Environmental and Infrastructure Planning from the University of Groningen and a BA in Advertising and Public Relations from Loyola University Chicago.
