Jennifer joined the World Resources Institute in May 2020. As a System Analyst, Jennifer is responsible for the setup and configuration of the system integrations. With over twenty years of combined experience in systems analysis, development, and management, Jennifer is adept at managing the complexity associated with the changes needed to successfully integrate people, processes, and systems.

Most recently, Jennifer was the Manager of Applications and Development for Penn State Health and the College of Medicine supporting Research and Education where she mentored a team responsible for the implementation of several commercial and custom built software applications.

Jennifer holds a B.S. in Information Systems Management from American Sentinel University, Denver, CO and a degree in Computer programming from Berks Technical Institute, Wyomissing, PA.

An avid golfer with a love of travel, Jennifer also loves cheering on her Atlanta Falcons sixteen Sundays a year (and ideally one in February.)
