Jennifer joined the World Resources Institute in May 2020. With over 20 years of experience spanning systems analysis, development, and management, Jennifer excels at navigating the intricacies involved in uniting people, processes, and technology for seamless integration.

Previously, Jennifer served as the Manager of Applications and Development for Penn State Health and the College of Medicine, supporting Research and Education. In this role, she mentored a team dedicated to implementing various commercial and custom-built software solutions.

Jennifer holds a bachelor’s degree in information systems management from American Sentinel University in Denver, CO, and a Computer Programming degree from Berks Technical Institute in Wyomissing, PA.

An avid golfer and travel enthusiast, Jennifer also devotes sixteen Sundays a year to cheering on her Atlanta Falcons—ideally extending that enthusiasm into February.
