Jaelah Jupiter
Research Assistant
Jaelah Jupiter is a Research Assistant in the Forests department. Their work will support the Land & Carbon Lab's initiative to monitor land cover using high-resolution geospatial data.
Prior to joining WRI, Jaelah worked as a Research Assistant for the Global Land Analysis & Discovery laboratory in the Department of Geographical Sciences at the University of Maryland where they used similar techniques to quantify land cover conversion from local to national scale.
Jaelah holds a B.S. in Geographical Sciences with a concentration in Computational Earth Observation Science from the University of Maryland.
