Gloria Kantengwa Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning Specialist for the Circular Food Systems for Rwanda Project. In this role, Gloria will play a critical role in ensuring that the project interventions are well-monitored, evaluated, and measured against the set goals.

Prior to joining World Resource Institute, she worked as a Monitoring, Evaluation, Learning, and Research Associate for the Challenges Group-Rwanda, where she was responsible for evaluating projects aimed at improving livelihoods in the country. Gloria also worked as a Monitoring and Evaluation Specialist for Partners in Health-Rwanda and as a Research Consultant for the Plateforme des Autorités Locales des Pays des Grands Lacs. Gloria's expertise lies in carrying out evaluations for projects that aim to improve livelihoods, promote climate justice, and enhance systems improvement. Her work has been instrumental in helping organizations understand the effectiveness of their interventions and make evidence-based decisions.

Gloria holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Degree from Southern New Hampshire University and is an alumnus of The International Program for Development Evaluation Training (IPDET). She is a dedicated and results-driven professional who is committed to making a positive impact in the world.
