Gabriella Ribeiro is a Development Specialist within the Government and Multinational Relations sector based in the WRI London Office. She supports the management of strategic partnerships, grant and donor compliance, and relationship building activities with key government donors and multilateral institutions.

Prior to joining WRI, Gabriella worked as a Grants Manager within the International Grants portfolio at the Royal Society, an independent scientific academy of the UK dedicated to promoting excellence in science for the benefit of humanity. Previous to that, she worked as a Grants Officer and Grants and Awards Lead for the Ormiston Trust, a charitable grant-making trust which assists schools and organizations across the UK to support children and young people from disadvantaged backgrounds.

She holds an MSc in International Social and Public Policy with a specialization in Development from the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE), where she received the Loch Exhibition Prize for Academic Achievement during her time there. She also holds a BA (Honors) in Global Development Studies and World Language Studies from Queen’s University in Kingston, Canada.

Gabriella is originally from Vermont, USA and in her free time, she enjoys taking film photographs, cheering on the Arsenal, and searching for London’s best bagel.
