Gabi is a Research Analyst for the Cities4Forests team. She conducts literature reviews, analyzes data, develops content, and provides coordinating support to advance projects related to nature-based solutions worldwide. Her main focus is on expanding impact measurement and monitoring capacity for projects that strengthen water security.

During her time at NASA, Gabi analyzed coral reef changes through remote sensing and collected air samples aboard the DC-8 aircraft. She brings diverse experiences in citizen science engagement, community outreach, and experimental strawberry research for a large indoor vertical farm. This foundation in research methodologies, combined with her expertise in translating complex scientific findings into actionable insights, advances sustainability and environmental stewardship.

Gabi earned a Master's in Sustainability Management from the Kogod School of Business at American University and a B.S. in Physics from Adelphi University, where she received multiple awards for her work in the natural sciences.

Outside of work, she loves to travel, bake for her friends' birthdays, and spend time with others in nature.
