Country Engagement Partner Engagement Specialist, NDC Partnership
Florence Cameron is the Country Engagement Partner Engagement Specialist at the NDC Partnership Support Unit, based in London. She supports partner engagement and coordination across countries, including through the Country Platforms Hub, with a focus on strengthening collaboration, improving tracking systems, and generating insights to support effective NDC implementation.
Florence previously served as a Country Engagement Analyst within the NDC Partnership, where she supported country programmes through monitoring and evaluation, the development of analytical briefings, and strategic insights. Prior to joining the NDC Partnership, she worked at the International Finance Corporation (IFC), focusing on climate and infrastructure Public-Private Partnership programmes, and provided advisory project support in the Pacific Islands.
Florence holds a BA in International Development from the University of Sussex and an MSc in Climate Change and Development from SOAS, University of London.
