Firda is the Office Manager at WRI Indonesia, responsible for overseeing daily operations and leading initiatives to optimize procurement management, travel management, office facilities management, and improving workplace efficiency to enhance overall office functionality.

Firda has over 15 years of experience with expertise in administration, office facilities, and procurement. Before joining WRI Indonesia, she worked for Grameen Foundation, several private companies, and the hospitality industry, both locally and internationally.

In addition to having an educational background in hospitality management, Firda is also certified as a Procurement Specialist and Contract Management Specialist. She has also completed various professional courses in office management, procurement, administration, and accounting.

Outside of work, she enjoys cooking and spending time with her family.
