Fernando Salmeron
HR Analyst
Fernando is a Human Resources Analyst at WRI Mexico. He is responsible for meeting the needs and requirements, as well as managing, the correct application of the processes and policies of the area.
Fernando has worked as a Researcher on International Policy, Security and Defense issues at the Lázaro Cárdenas del Río Foundation. He was a fellow of the PAPIIT project "Facing Transnational Organized Crime: Comparative Study of Regional Strategies"; Provider of Social Service in the Secretariat of Energy (SENER) in the program of "International Affairs in Energy Matters" belonging to the Directorate of International Nuclear Affairs and adjunct professor in the FCPyS of the UNAM of subjects such as Sovereignty, Democracy and National Security, Disarmament and Analysis of the Conjuncture on the new challenges in terms of International Security; in addition to collaborating on regional security issues in Latin America and Africa.
Fernando is an Internationalist, graduated from the Faculty of Political and Social Sciences (FCPyS) of the National Autonomous University of Mexico (UNAM).
