As a Planning, Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning Analyst with Managing for Results (MfR), Emma plays an active role in the adoption of WRI's new M&E system by providing technical support to teams across WRI and collaborating on training.

Before joining WRI, Emma worked as a Research Analyst for S3IDF, an 'impact-first' impact investing nonprofit based in Cambridge, MA, and Bengaluru, India. She also did a stint working for an ag-tech startup in Boston.

Emma holds an M.A. in Global Environmental Policy from American University's School of International Service and a graduate certificate in Environment & Sustainable Development from the University for Peace in Costa Rica.

Emma received her B.A. in International Development and Social Change from Clark University where she designed a concentration in Environmental Protection and Food Systems.

In her spare time, Emma enjoys cooking plant-based dishes, listening to podcasts, and exploring anywhere her bike will take her.
