Diego Rojas is the Email Marketing Manager at World Resources Institute. He partners with programs across the organization to shape email strategies, execute campaigns, and highlight the institute’s work around the world.

Prior to joining WRI, Diego worked as the Digital Marketing Coordinator for The Climate Reality Project. There, he supported the communication team’s email marketing and online fundraising efforts, and was a contributing author to the Climate Reality blog. His articles have been republished by CleanTechnica.com and EcoWatch.com, and have been cited as sources by The New York Times, The Guardian, Yale Climate Connections, and other publications.

Earlier in his career, Diego enjoyed experiences working with Episcopal Relief & Development in New York City, E3 Innovate in Nashville, Tennessee, and Sewanee University’s Office of Environmental Stewardship and Sustainability.

Diego holds a bachelor's degree from Sewanee University, where he majored in International & Global Studies and minored in Economics. He spent a semester in France studying sustainable development with IES Abroad and digital marketing at the Paris School of Business.

Diego is originally from Mexico City, Mexico, grew up in Nashville, Tennessee, and currently resides in Washington, DC. In his free time, he enjoys playing pickup basketball, hiking, and finding new music to listen to.
