Daiyang Zhang is the Research Assistant at WRI China Climate and Energy Program. Her work mainly covers subnational action plans for carbon peaking and carbon neutrality. Previously she was a Communications Assistant and Climate Communications intern at WRI DC office, responsible for data visualization, digital communications and climate communications research.

Daiyang holds a Bachelor’s Degree in International Economics and Trade from Fudan University, and a Master’s Degree from Georgetown University. She was also a student from Princeton University Japanese Summer School. In her spare time she loves playing tennis, roller skating and traveling. She lives in Beijing with her family.
