Cotte joined WRI Europe in 2025 as a Digital Media Associate and is responsible for implementing social media strategies and digital campaign activities, as well as for digital content development and online content creation for a wide range of channels.

Prior to joining WRI Europe, Cotte worked in the UK as a communications officer at Elrha, a humanitarian organisation focused on innovation and research; and at Climate Group, an international climate nonprofit. As a Digital Content Producer, she brings experience working in the UK, Peru, and Chile to engage audiences on critical social issues, including social inequality, human rights and environmental sustainability.

Cotte holds a master’s degree in Media Practice for Development and Social Change, where she explored how audiovisual productions and communications can be a driver for social change.
