Clara Cho is a Data Analyst for the Cool Food Program. She works to support the Cool Food Pledge and Cool Food Meals programs, supporting data analysis to measure the progress of companies that have made the pledge. 

Clara holds a M.S. in Agriculture, Food and the Environment from Tufts University's Friedman School of Nutrition Science and Policy. She completed her B.A. in history at Hamilton College, where her thesis focused on the environmental history of the Adirondack Park and its founding.
