Clara Cho is the Data Lead for the Coolfood Program. She works to support the Coolfood Pledge initiative, leading and managing the data analysis to measure the progress of companies that have made the pledge. She also leads the data analysis for Coolfood Meals, identifying low carbon meals for members to display on menus. 

Clara holds a M.S. in Agriculture, Food and the Environment from Tufts University's Friedman School of Nutrition Science and Policy. She completed her B.A. in history at Hamilton College, where her thesis focused on the environmental history of the Adirondack Park and its founding.
