Christine Luttmer is a Project Manager, Country Engagement, NDC Partnership Support Unit. She supports the team with grant and contract management, project management, and administrative duties.

Prior to joining WRI, Christine worked at the International Monetary Fund supporting technical assistance and financial sector assessment programs. Before that, she worked at the United Nations Habitat III Conference in New York and Quito, the EU Delegation to Australia in Canberra, and the German Consulate in San Francisco.

Christine holds a M.A. in International Studies and Diplomacy and a B.Sc. in Economics, Politics, and International Relations from the University of London.

Christine lives in Arlington, VA and enjoys skiing, playing tennis, and traveling.
