Chelsea is a Program Manager for the GFW Pro team, where she serves as a liaison between GFW Pro’s functional teams (research, engagement, communications, product, management) and also to the broader Global Forest Watch and Land & Carbon Lab teams. She leads project/program management and execution of general team organization and internal communications, in addition to providing engagement and commercial support as needed.

Prior to joining WRI, Chelsea worked for the American Forest Foundation, starting as a conservation coordinator and then becoming a conservation manager for the White Oak Initiative and Northern Conservation teams. She helped manage complex projects while supporting partner relationships and overseeing database maintenance. Previously, she worked for The Land Trust for Tennessee helping to produce project baselines and connecting with landowners, partners and donors.

Chelsea holds a B.A. in Environmental Policy and Analysis from Boston University's College of Arts and Sciences, with a minor in GIS and Remote Sensing.

Chelsea lives in McLean, VA and is based out of the Washington, DC office.
