Cesar Gonzalez is a Project Specialist for the Energy Access team within WRI’s Global Energy Program and Center for Equitable Development.

Prior to joining WRI, Cesar worked for Siemens Energy providing power generation and distribution solutions to utility companies in Latin America. During his ten years in the energy sector, he has held various positions of responsibility in business development, marketing, and supply chain management.

Cesar holds a B.A. in International Relations from the University of Central Florida and a MSc in Latin American Development from King's College London.
