Catlyne Haddaoui
Research Manager, National Climate Action
Cat is the Research Manager for the National Climate Action team. She works to ensure the transition to a low-carbon economy in low and middle-income countries is just and equitable and to equip policymakers with science-based recommendations within the climate and development nexus.
Prior to this role, Cat oversaw the Global Research and Policy Program of the Coalition for Urban Transitions (WRI) where she produced research on the economic case for low-carbon urban development, national urban policies in developing countries and multi-level governance for coordinated action on sustainable and inclusive cities.
Cat holds a MPhil in Development Economics from the Centre for Studies and Research on International Development (CERDI, France).
Cat lives in London with her partner and their daughter. In her spare time, she enjoys knitting while watching sitcoms.
