Caroline Carr
Project Coordinator, NDC Partnership
Caroline is a Project Coordinator with the NDC Partnership.
Prior to joining WRI, Caroline worked as a Program Assistant at the United States Agency for International Development in the Office of Budget and Resource Management and as a refugee resettlement program specialist at the Ethiopian Community Development Council in Arlington, VA. In addition, she has served as a Peace Corps Volunteer teaching English in rural Cambodia.
Caroline holds an M.A. in International Affairs Policy & Analysis from American University's School of International Service and a B.A. with honors in Political Science and Philosophy from the College of the Holy Cross.
Caroline resides in Washington, D.C. and enjoys spending time outdoors running, hiking, and horseback riding in her free time.
