Enterprise Knowledge Manager, WRI India Sustainable Cities

Bio

Bibhu works with Global IT Operations and WRI Ross Center for Sustainable Cities to design and implement knowledge-sharing solutions (Salesforce, O365, SharePoint Online). He partners with teams in DC and the country offices to study the business process requirements and coordinate activities for OneWRI implementation. He drives standardization & simplification of knowledge systems to reduce implementation timelines & costs and ensure adoption by all WRI centers.

Bibhu previously worked in the oil and gas industry to design and implement knowledge solutions and define processes, standards, and best practices for knowledge management. Prior to that he led technical communications teams in IT and editorial teams in publishing.

Bibhu holds Master of Computer Applications from Sikkim-Manipal University and M.A. in English Literature from Sambalpur University. He is also an HFI Certified Usability Analyst (CUA).

Bibhu lives in Pune with his wife Madhulita and son Harshit. He is an avid reader, chess player and music lover.
