Bianka is a Human Resources Officer for WRI Indonesia, where she is supporting the Head of Human Resources to ensure recruitment, contracting and training development are conducted properly.

Holding a degree in Office Administration and Secretary from the University of Indonesia, Bianka focused her career in administration and secretarial work for the past 14 years.

Prior to joining WRI Indonesia, Bianka worked for private sector companies from various industries.

In her spare time, she likes to take care of her plants, sing and watch movies or serials.
