Bethel Elias Dadebo is a Grant and Finance Specialist for the Cities Program in the Africa Regional Office, where she will support program implementation through budgeting, grants management, and contract administration across Africa.

Prior to joining WRI, Bethel worked as a Finance, Admin & Procurement Senior Assistant at the Global Green Growth Institute, where she was seconded to the African Union Commission. Her professional background also includes significant roles in the developmental sector and financial institutions such as TechnoServe and Commercial Bank of Ethiopia; in which she held various roles that addressed financial management, accounting, reporting, and stakeholder management.

Bethel holds a B.A in Accounting and Finance from the Addis Ababa University College of Business and Economics.
