Beldine Oyaro is a Finance and Operations Personnel at WRI, where she leads financial and operational delivery for the Food Program. She brings a strategic lens to finance, ensuring resources are effectively deployed to drive impact while strengthening systems, compliance, and accountability.

With over a decade of experience across Africa, Beldine has managed complex, multi-million-dollar donor-funded programs supported by FCDO, EU, DANIDA, USAID, and UNICEF. She is known for translating financial data into actionable insights, strengthening partner capacity, and building efficient, resilient financial systems that enable high-performing programs. Her work spans Kenya, Somalia, Ethiopia, Tanzania, Nigeria, and Ghana.

Prior to joining WRI, Beldine held Finance & Grants roles at Tetra Tech International Development and Sahan Research, where she led financial oversight, improved operational efficiencies, and supported cross-functional teams to deliver results in dynamic environments. She holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Finance from Kenyatta University and is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA). Outside of work, she enjoys cooking and listening to podcasts.
