Bashaa'ir Abul-Qasim is a Help Desk Support Analyst in the Operations Department. She uses technical expertise in tandem with her interpersonal skills to support the WRI staff and systems.

Born and raised in Washington D.C., she received her B.S. in Computer Information Systems from Neumont College of Computer Science in Salt Lake City, Utah. She has over 5 years of industry experience providing technical support from Tier 1 to Tier 3.

Bashaa'ir lives in Washington, D.C. and enjoys photography and going to museums.
