Arushi is part of the Global Talent Management team at World Resources Institute, where she supports processes such as performance management, promotions, and mobility.

She has over 10 years of experience in Talent Management and Organizational Development. Previously, she worked with KPMG on HR consulting projects, automated and managed the global Talent Review process at Prudential Global Services, led performance management at RBL Bank, and most recently managed talent processes at Viacom18.

Arushi holds a Master’s degree in International Employment Relations and Human Resource Management from the London School of Economics, and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Mithibai College of Arts.

Outside of work, she enjoys discovering and reviewing independent music artists from India and around the world, curating playlists. Trained in Hindustani classical singing, she is also an avid traveler and foodie.
