Aramide Apo-Oyin
Intern, The Living Lab for Equitable Climate Action

Aramide Apo-Oyin is an Intern with The Living Lab for Equitable Climate. She supports research and programmatic efforts that advance climate policy and behavioral solutions centered on equity and environmental justice.
Prior to joining WRI, Aramide interned with the USAID Office of Population, Health, and Nutrition in Bangladesh. In that role, her passion for climate resilience and health equity deepened as she witnessed firsthand how monsoon season impacts health systems and vulnerable communities. She has also worked in healthcare access and discharge planning with Advocate Aurora Health, supporting under-resourced patients in navigating care transitions.
Aramide recently earned her Master in Global Human Development from Georgetown University, and she holds a B.A. in Biology from Kalamazoo College. Her interests lie at the intersection of health, climate resilience, and inclusive policy design.
