Anna is a CIPD-qualified HR professional with experience across HR advisory, employee relations and policy development. She holds an MSc in Cross-Cultural Psychology and has always been drawn to organisations that make a positive difference.

Anna loves helping people reach their potential and believe that inclusive, values-led workplaces bring out the best in everyone.

In her spare time, Anna likes to stay involved in volunteering whether through HR initiatives or community projects. Giving back is something that genuinely motivates Anna.

When Anna is not working, she can be found at her local athletics club coaching junior athletes and cheering them on as they discover their confidence, speed and enjoyment in the sport
