Ang Li
Project Manager/Associate, Climate and Energy Program, WRI China
Ang Li is the low-carbon policy project manager based in the Beijing office. She leads WRI China’s national climate policy research and some strategic sectoral and subnational work. Prior to joining WRI, she worked for Innovative Green Development Program (iGDP) and Institute of Finance and Sustainability (IFS), focusing on climate/energy policies, carbon neutrality planning and green finance.
She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science from Beijing University of Technology and a Master of Science in Energy Policy from University of Exeter with the Chevening Scholarship.
