Andrea Hohman is a Communications Assistant with the Finance Center.

Prior to joining WRI, Andrea conducted branding and marketing research with Cornell's Center for Sustainable Global Enterprise, studying ways to connect the natural fiber market in the Northeastern United States with larger textile economies. Growing up in an agricultural hub in Washington state has fostered her passion for sustainable agriculture and business as well as a deep appreciation for nature.

Andrea holds a B.A. from Cornell University's College of Arts and Sciences where she majored in Biological Sciences with a concentration in Ecology and Evolutionary Biology. Throughout her undergraduate years she worked with local many organizations to promote careers in sustainability and awareness of environmental issues.

Andrea lives in Washington, DC where she enjoys hiking, sewing, and podcasts.
